Experienced in KPMG, one of the “big four”, he then pursued the career of Executive in the Franco Tosi group and subsequently in a large industrial company as C.F.O. in a competitive international business contexts; in 1999 he decided to make available his business experience, thanks to the professional qualifications obtained and deciding to start his own professional Firm in association with one of the most quoted financial advisors in Milan and then came to the current association of tax consultants and chartered accountants organized in an Company between Professionals.
He is a Registered Auditor and is specialized in corporate balance sheets, consolidated financial statements, corporate taxation, tax consolidation, transfer pricing issues, business process analysis, management of the dynamics of company boards and shareholders’ meetings, tax litigation, management of corporate crises.
